RANDY CHARLES

Randy Charles, a trained metallurgist, having been in the steel industry over thirty years, brings experience in production, new technology and commercial responsibilities

when sharing thoughts on the transformational developments of the global carbon neutral industry initiative. He is a fan of the Steelers and his bicycle is steel.

CHRISTIAN WILLIAMS

With a passion for all things digital marketing, Christian has worked or collaborated with dozens of Fortune 500 companies throughout his time in the marketing world.

Christian’s experience in project management and website design brought him into the Greenway Steel family. Christian is a father of four, enjoys coaching and
considers himself a “foodie” at heart.

JARED GEORGE

Over 10 years of creative experience Jared is responsible for the look and feel of all things Green Steel. He is also an instructor of basic principles of design at the University of Alabama. He grew up on a dairy farm in Wyoming and values strong steel, the outdoors and clean air.

PAUL LOFTIN

Paul has over 40 years of experience in the steel service center industry. His experience covers a broad range of executive management and operations.

The majority of his management experience has been with fortune 500 companies. Paul serves on several nonprofit boards and consults for two new start up companies.

KRISTIN TIPPEY

Kristin has a doctorate in metallurgy and has worked as a research engineer in the steel industry and as a respected scientist at national laboratories, including, currently, the National Energy Technology Laboratory.

She enjoys playing with her dogs, mountain biking, rock climbing, designing experiments and doing our back-end coding.

Sarah Eichelberger

With a passion for corporate communications and graphic design, Sarah supports Greenway’s sustainability reporting and brand development. She translates complex carbon topics into clear, engaging content for clients and the broader market. Whether working on reports, visuals, or digital platforms, she is driven by making information accessible and impactful. In her free time, she enjoys reading a good book and watching the Chicago Cubs.
